Made a huge meal of a three-point turn and then parked up several feet from the kerb right on a junction. Not good. Council workers as well, should definitely know better.
Really bizarre choice of manoeuvring from this highway maintenance van collecting rubbish from public bins.
Instead of simply driving down the street as they usually do, they decided to reverse down at about a quarter of a mile per hour, as if they were petrified of hitting something. It caused other vehicles to have to stop and wait for several minutes.
They managed to drive properly after they'd cleared the bin. Bizarre behaviour.
