This complete nob decided to block the only exit at carpark 3, Birmingham Airport. Refused to reverse and sort his £16 parking fee. After half an hour an NCP parking agent opened up a secondary exit.

Idiot in an Audi slows to below 60mph on dual carriage, stays in the outside lane to do so, heading into Hindhead Tunnel for no reason. National speed limit indicated.
Amazing how many morons on the road don't know the highway code or speed limits for their vehicle type (70mph when national shows in the Hindhead Tunnel for a normal car if anyone else is struggling)
