don't know why taxis think the rules don't apply to them, parking blocking disabled spaces , parking into the flow of traffic and obstructing the view of the pedestrian crossing and parking half on hatched white lines. Swansea Tesco Marina Store.

Dangerously incompetent. Cannot read road signs, oblivious to speed limits and doesn't adhere to lane markings!
