Cut over on Hammersmith Broadway Roundabout leaving cars it cut off in box and nearly caused an accident.

This driver needs talking to before he kills someone... sitting behind me in lane 3 in traffic that is varying between 50 and 70mph.
He suddenly has a brain wave to pull in to lane 2 pass on the left and then rejoin lane 3 as though I've disappeared.
Not only do I have to stamp on the brakes I'm having to move right on the rumble strip and beyond ... and then he jumps on his brakes once he's in lane 3 .
Total and utter moron...No rhyme or reason at all.
