I’d like to make this anonymous. I drove past this Suzuki on the motorway. In the passenger seat was what looked like a 12 year old girl with a gag in her mouth and hands tied together! She was banging on the window screaming for help but the driver soon sped off and I couldn’t catch him! 999 called!!!! Find this man!!! Tall, dark hair and glasses!!!

Driver was driving backwards up chapel bypass, shouting racist remarks out the window to a bus full of Africans. Clearly under the influence.
