This liability was drinking from a bottle, crossed onto the hard shoulder, in my rearview he did it many times once almost hitting the kerb, I am sure he was drunk.

On Saturday 27th May I was cycling along Blackburn New Road, Wheelton, just passed the junction with Victoria Street and Briers Brow when a grey car hurdled passed at speed, providing hardly any space.
Lancashire Police are taking action against the driver.
