Speeds up behind me from Ribby Hall towards Wrea Green then is right up my arse in the 20 zone. He didn’t keep a safe distance but was harassing me to go faster because I had slowed from 30 to about 23 (20 zone). He was less than a foot behind me trying to tell me something for diving slower than he wanted.
He turned into the development on the right in the direction of Bryning.

Pulls out from Lancaster’s Young Offenders Unit on Quernmore Road at speed, then does 40 past Williamson Park. When he gets to the 20 zone, he keeps going at 40 down to the traffic lights by Lancaster Town Hall.
Looks like he was once a young offender and still is in his job. These institutions mostly have perv drivers anyway because they are associated with crime.
