This tw@t blocks a backstreet to a set of terraced houses so he can load his van with scrap. This is an ongoing situation faced by the residents on a daily basis. Had to wait 15mins as he was too ignorant to move and kept loading the van. Absolute tool

Stupid woman in Preston took it upon herself to cut me up rather than read the road & plan ahead, then gave me the finger as I passed her stuck in turning traffic further up the rd. Lovely!

Seen speeding and overtaking in 20 zones doing in excess of 30. Witnessed numerous times on Scale Hall Lane, Torrisholme Road (Torrisholme) and Low Lane (Bare) to say the least. Witnessed doing about 40 regularly in 20 zones.
