Tailgating, then overtook me whilst I was doing the national speed limit, during fairly heavy rain just before a bad bend. Proceeded to break the speed limit until they were tailgating someone else. None of their break lights are working. If their building's as bad as their driving, I'd pass!

So I've just watched the video posted a couple of days ago after having an incident with this car. I don't have a helmet cam on my bike but he overtook me whilst I was going the speed limit and I had to slam on the brakes and still narrowly avoided his car when he pulled back infront of me.
Danger to the roads and without quick thinking from me would have caused a collision.
