Overtaking slow moving traffic due to hazardous weather conditions. Seemingly no interest in the safety of oncoming traffic or everyone else who were respectful of the conditions. Proceeded to overtake (with a trailer) and immediately take a right turn into the path of an oncoming vehicle. Madness at its best.

This moron driving at excessive speed in a 30mph area passing parked cars dangerously, using the right turn lanes at traffic lights to go straight on and jump the queue. No MOT, it failed 2/12/20 and MOT ran out 13/12/20, crap and illegal driver.
