This moron in a Black Insignia thinks he’s the traffic police.
Blocking the outside lane which is blocked up ahead (all traffic should flow up to the block and filter in)
Then he proceed to try and squeeze in front and pushes me into the hard shoulder.

This knobhead was impatient and driving far too close to the vehicle in front. He couldn’t read the road ahead and would brake too late. He made various attempts to pass and did so at the roundabout where the vehicle in front waited but being to the right and a few seconds behind (therefore much nearer to approaching vehicles than the vehicle in front who waited) he took this opportunity to pass by barging out.
This was on the A6 between Garstang and Galgate.
