Was tailgating me in the high street, flashing his lights, waving his arms and beeping his horn. Being someone with underlying health conditions I felt very frightened and intimidated by this buffoon.
Fortunately my wife who was very badly shaken from the incident managed to get this pillocks number plate. It seems to me that the Police are happy to prosecute innocent drivers based on uncertain and ridiculous facts but let pillocks like this rule our roads. How the DVLA and driving schools allow fruitcakes like this on our roads is cause for concern and needs to be addressed
