Everytime these people deliver to the chemist they park on the footpath outside the store. Even though the road is especially widened to allow delivery vehicles to park on the road they still mount the kerb. Generally the open drivers door just about misses the shop front.

Driver decided to completely block the pavement with inconsiderate parking. The grass verge is no good to get a pram over as it was full of dog mess. Had to walk into the road with my baby in the pram.
