This black Astra was reported to police and the local authority in 2020 in relation to anti-social behaviour (including alleged use of alcohol and other intoxicants in public by the males in the car) near Hermitage Memorial Gardens in Wapping High Street in east London.

I live on the same road as him, he drives late nights with blasting music. I work 8-8 shift this is a great place but hes making it worse. Also heavy smell of drugs when he walks past or went we pass his car. Other day I was getting my dog into the my car and he drove past and hit the back of my dog. I had to take the poor dog to the vets. I have proof to show this.
