They pulled into a large turning circle in Chester and caused a massive problem as they maneuvered a 7 point turn within the turning circle! All because they don't know how far they can turn their stearing wheel.
Almost hit pedestrians twice, one of which was a lady on crutches.
Almost backed into another car.
Got flustered and just sat there in everyone's way. Then they went and parked 1/3rds on the pavement on the double yellows right next to a cafe with chairs out front, so massively blocking the pavement...
No car control, awareness or ability to drive in general

Tailgater along A6 doesn’t leave much space. Didn’t like it that I was going the same way so impatience gets the better and he overtakes by Halton Barracks doing about 50 in a 30 zone. Quite a few drivers were speeding along this stretch while I was noting this down.

Seen this bini mincing around the Meadowhall area belching black smoke from the exhaust and lurching from lane to lane pushing in. Can't use mirrors, can't indicate and can't maintain smooth speed. I give your clutch 6-8 months and your licence not much more. Showing off but your passenger just looked embarrassed.

Prat driver tried over taking in long queue of flowing traffic all proceeding at speed limit. Didn't see approaching traffic island and swiped across front end straight into my braking zone nearly causing collision.
