They pulled into a large turning circle in Chester and caused a massive problem as they maneuvered a 7 point turn within the turning circle! All because they don't know how far they can turn their stearing wheel.
Almost hit pedestrians twice, one of which was a lady on crutches.
Almost backed into another car.
Got flustered and just sat there in everyone's way. Then they went and parked 1/3rds on the pavement on the double yellows right next to a cafe with chairs out front, so massively blocking the pavement...
No car control, awareness or ability to drive in general

Arrogant young driver, passed me very closely with speed whilst cycling. Wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up wrapped round a tree. Spoke to me with a disgusting manner with a young girl in the vehicle.
I hope a letter from the police will make him consider his actions in the formidable future.
