This driver could not drive. Kept honking at a cyclist, dangerously overtaking drivers and swerving all over the road. When I took this photo the passenger who was male got out of the car a chased me down the stable lane. This driver shouldn't be on the road

This driver was rude and abusive as he pulled into a parking space at Cirencester Hospital. I had politely pointed out Iād been waiting 10 minutes for the first space to become available. Turns out his car is untaxed and has been untaxed since January 2017.
