Idiot in a white van overtakes cyclists into oncoming traffic - almost hit me with his wing mirror, whilst clearly not giving the cyclists nearly enough room. This moron needs his licence taken off him before he maims someone.

Woman got out of this with several dogs out of control and unleashed. The dogs proceeded to attack a cat. Woman eventually got cat from her dogs and launched it over a fence. Couldn't care less when challenged. Cat badly injured.
