Backed into my car at garage while I was at kiosk paying for fuel. Claimed he couldn't have done as his car had cameras!!

What an unbelievable display of 'driving' from. This man. On the motorway he was driving 42mph at his fastest and 30mph at his slowest, kept tapping his brakes etc. Then when I was in a position to overtake him, I changed lanes and he sped up to prevent me doing so, I finally passed him further up the motorway and he decided to turn and give me abuse from the window. Not the type of person you want to be near on the road, very dangerous driver. I'd like to make it clear that the driving conditions were great, it wasn't like that could be affecting his driving.
