Car is parked sticking out into the main road (Lunedale Road, Dartford). Note on it states it has broken down. Been there for an month now and owner has not returned to remove it. Been reported to the police and council and not been removed. Been crashed into and causing an obstruction to the main road.

The amount of people scrapping themselves over an average speed zone is unbelievable.
Absolutely no need to be doing 35 in a 50 when you were doing 35 in the 40 zone before it & 25 in the 30 zone before that.
