I would suggest that unless you want to rearrange the front of your nice shiny new blue van that you learn what a braking/stopping distance is and what it is for, and not ride right up the back end of the car in front.
(Approx one car length at 30mph)
That way you would not have to brake heavily due to the fact the car in front of you has stopped after the vehicle in front of them has stopped to give way to oncoming traffic.
Watch what is happening in front of you and back off!
Seen this young female driver on a road near Walsall. She was sat driving whilst texting on her phone. I pulled up next to her at a set of lights and she was recording her driving on what appeared to be snapchat. Very very inconsiderate of other people's welfare.
