Whiteline Taxis in Whitehaven. They park up by Tescos in North Shore Road and smoke their cigarettes in the cabs before picking up fares. The taxis stink to high Heaven as do the drivers.

I had started crossing the road and this guy revved his Airsea Packing van, stalled and then drove at me, passing me before I could move out of the way, almost killing me. You can see from the photos he's high or not psychologically sound to recognise what he had just done. Police report made and employers informed.
