This person decided to leave their dog in the car on Sunday on Morrisons car park with no windows down and parked in full sun. I took the photo's and reported him to the RSPCA as he was in the store for at least 25 mins.

Absolute t***. Parks infront of 3 cars in a car park so they cant exit. We look for the owner of this car for 30 minutes and he runs down shouting and screaming about how its 'his car park so he can park where he wants'. There were atleast 6 bays free but he decided to be an utter d***.
