This idiot was driving like an idiot on the A17 a few days ago. It was 60mph limit and he was undertaking every one.
A few weeks ago I saw the same car doing wheelspins near Lincoln cathedral.
It's a BMW.
To be honest, I'm not sure what the problem is. DA16 looked like it was keeping a safe distance away, though clearly would have over-taken you given half the chance, and you had allowed a 100 yard gap to develop between you and the red car ahead. There was one point where he got close but otherwise drew back and wasn't tailgating. I suffer far far worse every day.

He parked in a disabled bay today at the doctors surgery and would not let the old woman with a wheelchair park.
