Not sure if the original comment about this vehicle is correct as I just checked rhe status of this vehicle and it shows as having tax and MOT.

After talking to my Romanian neighbours, they think they dont need insurance or tax! Just buy a car, put gas and go! They park in the worst places! Someone go prove them wrong and take the vehicle off them! They are very dangerous
