Spotted in St Helens - Arrogant and self entitled driver of this Range Rover refused give priority / right of way and nonchalantly cut right across me into a side street. Even had the nerve to give me the middle finger in full view of a small child / toddler sat beside him in the front passenger seat. Quick check of the registration plate number also shows the vehicle as being SORN / untaxed.

For people who say "they're just doing their job" I get that but they actually block out the number plates with any old cr•p they have on board so they KNOW they shouldn't be there.
