I've just seen the video and this nasty aggressive driver needs to lose his licence for that kind of behaviour. This passenger is also completely out of order. He's a road rage assault waiting to happen. Both he and his passenger need some anger management therapy and quickly.

This numberplate tampering fad is getting beyond ridiculous now.
They should change the law that they get points on their licence for this kind of BS.
