Pulled out of Caird Street despite cars comig in both directions. Later break checked me on the bend after the lights for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Then breaked for the next red light before deciding to accelerate through it. Junction between Low Hill and West Derby Road (just after the Grafton) driving towards town. During rush hour. In heavy rain. Reckless.
