Bad driver, shot over roundabout at speed without looking right, almost hit me and then he had the cheek to gob off from the safety of his car even though he was the cause of the whole incident.

Dozy woman in a black VW Golf driving around pointer roundabout Lancs. Thinks nobody can see her with her phone down low as she's texting.
