Followed this van for 10 miles and it kept drifting over the white line, indicated on parts of the road where there were no junctions, slowing and speeding up. It was about 6:15am and very erratic.

Divvy in a Peugeot 107 parked right on a crossing near main roundabout/hospital. Just stop before the crossing like everyone else does when there's cars in front of it you numpty.

This utter coward will run you off the road simply for the crime of being in front of him, but he's not actually in a hurry- he's happy to sit in a backed-up lane while the one he really needs is flowing freely
