I feel sorry for some people. I rather feel sorry for the sad loser driving this vehicle this morning. Obviously lacking in life, so much so he wanted to pretend he was a traffic officer this morning. On a two lane dual carriage way, with one lane closing in almost a mile, this complete no brained sad person took it upon himself to close the lane early but blocking the lane to any law abiding driver who understands that both lanes should be used until they are actually closed and not a mile before hand, otherwise the Congress works be placed a mile sooner.
This prick should update themselves with the highway code, and get themselves a job that fulfills their life, and not try to do someone else's job.
