Seen on the M60 north Manchester 16/10/21 undertaking other vehicles at speed.
This numberplate was modified with a black dot on the 11 so it looks like a U. Also illegally blacked out windows.
I can't think why someone would want a numberplate that said "drugs X" unless they were an attention seeking loser.

Very aggressive driver, wrong lane on approach to roundabout then cut up the vehicle in front of me causing all the traffic to slam their brakes on
