Until a pedestrian steps onto the crossing the other driver doesn't have to stop by law. I know it sounds crazy but it's true. Even crazier.. you'd fail a test for this and yet once you pass little if anything will happen unless you hit someone. Crazy.

LISA- cyclists, horse riders and peds have a right to the road, every motorized vehicle must be licenced- i hope the driver of the mini gets banned.
