Tweaked up smack-head rocking around in a beat up old orange focus.
Jumped straight off of a slip road in front of me whilst doing 20mph under the speed limit without checking. Backed up traffic in their ignorance. Then sat there gurning hard as I drove past... 20 seconds later they rocketed past at 20mph over the speed limit!

Selfish ignoramus. Parked across a dropped kerb and a disabled bay, stopping a disabled driving from getting into their car, and any other people with mobility issues getting off the pavement.
Literally hundreds of spaces (including disabled bays) 1 minutes away, but the driver needed to be that much closer to Frankie and Benny's.
No blue badge either.
