This white van pulling a boat on a trailer. Pulled out of a parking lay by on to a 70mph dual carriageway. Had to brake very sharply to avoid a collision. No apology, no awareness.
A - escorting a tortoise learning to ride a hoverboard
b - your car has major fault and therefore in limp mode?
c - trying to find a parking space (like the one on zigzags you parked in)?
In either of the three circumstances it would be effective if you used those lights that you use when parking on double yellows (most competent motorists call them indicators or hazard warning lights depending on the need)
