This women should not have the privilege to drive a car. First offence cutting off without signaling. Second offence was slowing down on purposely to antagonise and cause traffic. Thirdly she used the other lane to over take me whilst cars were coming. We worst thing was that she had a child at the front. People like her are NOT fot for the road. She obviously has an agenda against the world and needs treatment

Uses left lane (Morecambe and Heysham) to undertake and head towards Carnforth. Excessive speed too disappearing into the distance - at least 40 in a 30 zone until he got held up in traffic around Slyne where I caught up with him before he shot off again.
