I really don't get why some drivers black out lights. If it foggy or heavy rain and their car breaks down, drivers may not see it till too late. Or fail to see brake lights.

This driver keeps changing his vehicle after he crashes them. He also drives like an absolute fool around Eastbourne and drove dangerously with his two kids in the car. His girlfriend was also very rude shouting racist remarks.

This driver of a Ford Focus DY56EFH close-passed me while she had no hands on her steering wheel: her left held a phone, her right a cigarette, with a dog in the backseat. I politely pleaded with her to put the phone down. She shouted that it's none of my business and she became abusive (as you can see in the pic). Incredibly dangerous driver. In her own words, "I don't care."
