came speeding into a housing estate, nearly lost control as a car was leaving the housing estate. Then continued to speed into the estate making a lot of noise. As he was leaving he nearly went into me as i crossed the road with my dog then continued to laugh and shout abuse at me as he drove off. Dangerous Young lad with no consideration for anyone else but himself.
Dangerous driver. Just tried to carve everyone up and almost crashed into our left wing on the SDR in Newport.
I don't know if he has a license, but if he has then I'll be surprised.
This driver came flying into a roundabout from the left (my right of way)... I slammed my brakes on but he still caught the front of my car- then sped off and overtook people in the oncoming traffic's lane to get away...
