This driver tried pulling out from the left lane forcing me to brake heavily to avoid them hitting the side of my car. They then pulled in front of me making gestures.

Saw this white FME van heading north on the A61 on Monday. Driver had head tipped sideways to hold phone between shoulder and ear and was going through paperwork two-handed.

Drives 20mph lower than the speed limit everywhere he goes and he stopped traffic for 10 minutes on a road so he could parallel park his car which he couldn't obviously do.
