Outside Pets at Home/Wickes in Taunton, Somerset. Couldn't park - taking over two disabled spaces, no blue badge.
Probably a builder popped in 'for just a minute' to pick up his sacks of cheap as chips dog food. Plenty of free spaces.

This guy is an absolute scumbag, he crossed two red lights on Ilford lane and then performed wheel spins and almost hit a child. Needs to be reported to the police.
