Had no idea what this bloke was doing whilst we were behind him, but kept crossing the lines into the other lane with no intention of changing lanes all because of his lack of concentration on the road because of his dog.

makes you wonder why someone would have their car on false plates.. any ideas??
can't solve the plate to any volvo record apart from the XC70 above. EGZ 47XX or ECZ 47XX? seems definite. I'm so confused 😕🤷🏻♂️
