Trying to put a claim in with insurers saying I'd hit there car.... I can honestly say I did not hit the car. Took a photo of my number plate but didn't take any details for insurers or my name and address.

The guy was speeding (going 70+ in a 30) in Baldock and was trying to over take me on a blind bend, another car was coming the other way, luckily wasn't killed, Had my 3 year child in the car.

Turned around in motorway traffic jam and drove the wrong way up the hard shoulder. Selfishly could have prevented emergency services from accessing the scene of the accident.
