Seen driving incredibly erratically - tailgating several drivers, cutting across multiple lanes at late notice to take his exit and at one point, causing another road user to swerve to the hard shoulder to avoid a collision as he moved to make one lane into two whilst entering the blind spot of a truck - all at the same time as merging onto the M56 at Warrington.

This driver, and his passenger are driving around assaulting cyclists and runners near Southampton. The Police need to get him arrested and off the road.
