SILVER BMW This man a mixed race man approx 40-50 yrs old, with a beige coat who was the driver, was with a white man and 3 white women on scotland street birmingham b1 2ej on Sunday at 1.05 am he reversed straight into a red sports car which was parked up on the street, one of the residents shouted excuse me and the car stopped whilst the white male looked to see who shouted, the resident shouted you have just hit that car, at that the driver just pulled off,, There is no way on earth that the driver didn't know he had hit the car, as my guest actually heard it from the kitchen and came out to have a look, he has caused damage to the red sports car and I shall go down in the morning to write the car reg and details, how selfish and obnoxious of the driver to just drive off knowing that he has caused damage to someone elses car, the group were all drunk and one of the women was physically sick, with the white man wiping it off her dress , the 3 women were all blonde large sized ladies in fancy dress. Strangely I had said as they were getting in the car, I would love to know who is driving because they all seemed very intoxicated, luckily there is cctv on both ends of scotland street and also on edward street, they hung around long enough making druken noise for the cctv topik this up, lets hope the car is all the driver hots tonight as that ar could quite easily have been a person

This is just pure laziness by an ignorant and inconsiderate driver, just so that he could go to the shop. Not only was he parked on a corner on double yellow lines, he was parked across the busy junction! To make it worse, there was still someone sitting in the passenger seat, seemingly oblivious to the fact that the car was parked across a busy junction.

Decided to cut us up and barge his way into a spot when we were on a single lane road then when we got onto dual carriageway and caught up he decided to turn on road rage and decided to swap lanes constantly were we where going so had to slow down then we got to a round about and wouldn't pick a lane to go on and went on the wrong lane to go to a exit then he parked and obviously wanted a fight we drove past and he tried speeding through many traffic laws very bad driver In short

At night on a dark road you should be using your dipped headlights and not your FOG lights. They are for use in FOG.
I suggest you read the Highway Code and your vehicle handbook and not blind every poor sod in front of you.

this rider is a silly little boy 17 years old riding a 125cc, cut us up on the inside (left hand side) then crossed in front of us! held traffic up held the traffic because of his silly actions
