Not just wrongful and obstructive parking but didn’t seem to care when he started - just barged out between queuing cars without any courtesy either.

This idiot needs to learn to slow down. A busy Hagley Bypass after he was leaving the InTouch Games office in Halesowen, decided to then speed at 90+ mph past me in a 60!

Awful driving, two males driving like they stole the vehicle. Came flying around blind bend at almost 40mph crossing over the other side of the road.
