Cheeky bloke with no respect at all. Blocked 3 cars in a public car parking as the was no other exit other than where his blue car is parked at. I just saw this car a few weeks ago and the young driver of this ford fiesta zetec is very kind. He lets buses pull out, even though other drivers don't He is one of the kindest new drivers I have ever seen. I could tell that he was a new driver by the insurance tracker stick on his back bumper. I would guess that this new driver is 22 to 26 years old judging by his beard/ side boards. He also let me pull out of a junction, as i was trying to get past some parked cars. It is very nice that this young driver let me pull out as I don't press the accelerator as quickly as other drivers, as i am 65 years old.
