Please learn to look both ways and judge oncoming vehicle speeds properly before pulling right out into the middle of the road and stopping in front of oncoming traffic.

This driver was in the wrong lane exiting the roundabout and cut infront of our car, no indictors. Since have also found out their MOT has expired! Will post video later.
