Apart from using his mobile phone, which is a big no-no, he did nothing wrong at the zebra crossing. The highway code states that traffic does not have to stop until someone has moved onto the crossing. However, normal, decent people do stop if somebody is waiting.
Bad driver on A13 tries to run poor girl off the road and into another car, feel sorry for this girl , this driver needs to be stopped and pulled over for this sort of bad attitude on the road
This guy was driving down the A13 and tried to run this poor person into another lane onto on coming cars and off the road !!! DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you own this car in the future it's been ragged to death, i suggest you check underneath the chaasis for damage too
