Dark blue Peugeot 308, This car been driving fast along residential streets where children are playing, going over speed bumps so front hits ground. Drives erratically and sometimes parks on pavement oblivious to pedestrians with pushchairs. Also seen using phone, holding as if camera on, possibly of children by local school and on streets. Forton Road Gosport Hampshire 2nd Sept 2017. Idiot in Vauxhall Corsa EK52 SYP pulls out of a side road, drives parallel to me on the wrong side of the road causing an oncoming vehicle to brake. He proceeded to continue along the A32 towards Fareham weaving and tailgating other vehicles.
