Forton Road Gosport Hampshire 2nd Sept 2017. Idiot in Vauxhall Corsa EK52 SYP pulls out of a side road, drives parallel to me on the wrong side of the road causing an oncoming vehicle to brake. He proceeded to continue along the A32 towards Fareham weaving and tailgating other vehicles.
