Some 2 asian scums jumping 3 lanes down because of the traffic without into indicator and almost crashing into me on a slow lane.

Can’t stay in one lane to save their life, overtook them and found out they were using a mobile phone whilst joining a major road then wandering across lane 1 into lane 2 then hard shoulder.
