Can’t stay in one lane to save their life, overtook them and found out they were using a mobile phone whilst joining a major road then wandering across lane 1 into lane 2 then hard shoulder.

Absolute moron drove up my arse as I was overtaking someone on the A470 going to Ponty on 7 Sept, around 6.50 pm. Flashed their lights at me about 8 times. If I had my reverse dash cam I would have reported them to Operation Snap.
Total clown. Go back to driving school.
